introducing the pro batcher
An innovative and engineered design by Pro Water Services providing efficiency and safety to batching plants across Australia. It's inspiration and design is drawn from the safety of personnel loading weighted bags of ice to mixing trucks which is used to slow the hydration process in cement. This application is not limited to ice delivery and can be utilisted in many different operations where the delivery of material can be transferred vertically into a vehicle or container. The system does come insulated & refrigerated but can be tailored to suit. The system includes data logging and automatic predetermined load functions.
The PRO Batcher is a conveyor style machine which uses auger technology to assist in delivering the ice to its vehicle without the hazards associated with manual handling.
